Do you buy it or make it? I've seen recipes using this

But it just says milk grains - and I can't be sure if it's goat milk? Also, a review says it is not authentic cultures - not sure how to tell if it is, or not?

I haven't seen it at the market, but I'm also not really sure where to look. For those that use it, where do you get it?
