Thinking of you and your family and babies, from a "hurricane sister"....been there, done that several times. I will be praying for your safety....I have always felt very safe and able to withstand a Cat 3 storm....Cat four, and I am outta here! I think they are saying the one coming your way is a Cat 1 or it may be down graded to a TS before it crosses the islands....The constant roaring winds and the noise from the winds terrify me...where I am located, storm surge/rising water is not a problem....I pray it is downgraded to a TS before it crosses you....during hurricanes I always crate my dogs so I have my hands on them....dont want a terrified pup hiding in case we need to get out! Be sure you have all your information for the pups together and in hand, in plastic zip lock bags.
