I use Purina Chews, they're kind of like CET chews. I get them on chewy.com in a box. They don't last Jackson long, he's a pretty hard chewer, but they're decent enough and never caused any stomach upset, etc. They're also VOHC approved so I have faith that they are actually somewhat cleaning his teeth in the process.
He gets a bully stick every once in a while. Maybe once or twice a month now. They got too pricey for me. But never caused any issues. I like the Barkworthies brand, also on chewy.com
We had tried the new Milkbone dental chews but he didn't seem to like them too much after the first one and I believe they caused him to have an upset stomach, so we'll stick to Dentastix for his 'quick' treat. | Yah, but I am not concerned. I've used them on and off for years. I let them chew for 10 mins supervised.
