Please, do get her to a vet ASAP - it's really essential since she is both weak and is refusing some food. Also, she seriously needs a thorough checkup and blood work profile so you have that baseline.
11 yrs old in a yorkie is actually quite young - and they should still be thriving, energetic, alert, and strong at that age - barring any health issues.
Do mention to the vet about the excess hunger and excess drinking you saw - and ask if it's possible she has Cushings.
