Bless you for loving Teenie and taking her in! I would most definitely take Teenie to the Vet. There can be many reasons that Teenie is not interested in eating and until a Vet diagnosises the reason, you may not be able to treat Teenie properly. Also, yorkies usually live years longer than eleven, therefore I really encourage you to take your precious little Teenie to the Vet. Welcome to YT!!
