The shortness of breath thing ..well I am always short of breath but I think its just a reaction to the muscles being relaxed and cut ..your diaphram has alot to do with breathing and your tummy area is close to it so ..it'll improve real soon i bet ..be well and Much lovenlight your way ..from me and Mini
