Royal Canin has a canned senior food.....I have a senior on it because she has lost almost all her teeth....she loves it..no problems with bloating, gas, or loose stools. Like any change in diet, integrate it gradually.....they have a senior kibble you could mix the canned with...it is softer, easier to chew and digest....the kibble may keep her stools firmer.
