Chloe never finishes her little bowl of water and since I wash her bowls every morning I end up throwing out the water that was there for the day before. She has never finished the bowl of water, even if I put some ice in it to make it cool for her. She doesn't even drink after her breakfast. Is this normal? The water bowl is a tiny stainless steel cat bowl. She does drink but not a lot.

Is it possible she doesn't like her water bowl?
