lol sounds like your Min Pin is one smart lil girl, she knows just how to cool herself off, one smart pup, lol, ohhhh the life of a dog.... If you have an inground pool maybe try coxing Hannah in with her fav. toy or a treat. Above pools are harder on the pups, they have to be placed in the water, and if they don't like water all it will do is scare them more. I want my boy to be willing to go in the water on his own, do it because he likes it. This first encounter with the pool I was inciting him to attack the water and the image of my friends legs and feet lol, I knew he couldn't bite them unless he dove in and swam under water and for sure I knew he wouldn't do that, I was positive with him and clapping with every inch he took until he got so over excited and just went in, but the look on his face was priceless lol. I couldn't take the pic. because of all the clapping I was doing. I would love to take him to the ocean but that's a 3 hour trip one way lol. So we have to wait for the pool invites.
