I just thought of something you are in Maryland and when Callie was sick like a week ago she had diarrhea several times in one day and we took her to the vet and the vet said the last two weeks she had seen many dogs come in with this problem and Callie had to get medicine, get IV fluids, and go on a bland diet for three days. This could also be what your pup has if she was tested for things and nothing came back positive.
