I would ask my vet or a canine nutritionist to recommend a food that doesn't cause my little one to have bloody diarrhea, even if I couldn't pronounce some of the words. If an otherwise very healthy food is bad for your particular dog, then it's best to steer away from that food for the dog's own good. Even very occasional diarrhea causes dogs to lose vital fluids, electrolytes and even blood - all of which could result in her going down at some point. There are enough healthy foods out there that you likely could be referred to more than one that probably wouldn't trigger an IBS type reaction and cause her to have diarrhea, lose fluids and bleed from irritation and inflammation associated with just having bowel movements.
