Have you seen any of the pups yet?
I never let my babies go before at least 12 weeks and then only if I know the person. Most of mine stay with us until 16 weeks or older.
Really check everything out when you go there. Look at how well cared for the dogs are, how many dogs, look at both the sire & the dam ask tons of questions. I think there is a thread somewhere on here that talks about all the questions to ask. I'm not sure where,maybe some else will know.

One more thing, IMO a 7 week old pup is way to young to leave the nest.
