Bella had kennel cough a couple days after we got her. The vet said to use a warm humidifer and gave her a Bordella vaccination and a tiny antibiotic to take 2 times a day and it worked, it is all gone.
You can do the potty training yourself with treats, love/praise and wee wee pads. I am taking Bella to Petsmart for Puppy training though. I start next week (1st week is without her) and then she starts in 2 weeks (she will be 15 wks then) and it goes for 7 weeks for her.
