How old is your dog?
How is very simple and it's your choice, you can throw out the kibble and feed cooked organic chicken for a week with some yoghurt and each day add a little ground bone and organ in premixed raw and within a week you will have your dog on raw completely. I would do this with the help of a probiotioc and digestive enzyme to help the flora and fauna in their digestive system with the change.
You could go cold turkey and put the dog straight onto a ground premixed raw chicken, then slowly introduce your dog to a bone in chicken breast once you see they are taking to it.

Lew Olson PHD is a natural nutritionist and her book is fantastic. I recommend reading it. AmazonAmazon
She also worked to develop products specifically for dogs for nutritional needs and digestion and has a great site.
You can always PM me any questions you have
