Remy will be 9 months old next week and he only weighs 2 lbs 3 ounces. Every time I weigh him it fluctuates between 2.3 lbs and 2.4lbs. He eats Fromm kibbles and doesn't want anything to do with wet can food. He is also a very picky eater. I give him fruits and vegetables that he can have that won't harm him. I too leave his food down and feed him treats but one day he likes the treats and the next day he doesn't want it. Go figure! I am hoping he will gain more weight. His mom was a little over 5 lbs and dad was around 4 lbs however his grandad was smaller than his dad. His two sisters are way bigger than him. He definitely was the runt of the three. My sister and daughter both have yorkies and both of their dogs had this growth spurt from age 2 to 3 years old. Therefore, I guess it just depends on when they will stop growing. I want him to get bigger so bad but I have a feeling he is just going to be a small little boy. Either way, I love him to death.
