Welcome to YorkieTalk. Puppies should generally stay with there mom until 12 weeks because she is still teaching them things like bite inhibition and socialization. You will also need to watch your pup for hypoglycemia which there is a higher risk for the younger and smaller they are. Mine had to go potty several times a night but I kept her in my bedroom so when she would cry I would take her out and then put her back in the crate. Now as an adult if she wants to she can hold it 12 hours but she is also larger at 17 pounds.
