Puppies that young and small cannot hold it for too long. So you will have to get up at night to let them out. Make sure you have a crate small enough so they don't have room to potty and sleep. That way he can let you know when he needs to go. When I got Lexi at 13 weeks she had to get up once at night to pee, but that only lasted about a week. Some pups continue to have to pee at night longer than that. Not sure how many times a pup that young will need to go, but others on here might have more experience. Congrats and good luck!
