She outgrew it finally but I had to keep her crated when I was not watching her. Also had to give her designated chew toys (Nyla bone). Lesson I got from her trainer is a bored dog is a destructive dog, I needed to give her something to occupy her mind. |
I have seen Lexi licking the baseboards before, but not biting them luckily. She did bite on the corner of one couch foot. The funny thing is I was sitting right next to her on the floor and didn't even notice until it was too late and the coloring was already scratched off. But like I said, she is usually really good, and has never even tried to bite cords or wires and trust me we have a lot of them behind our tv that she could get to. Guess I will have to be more cautious from now on. When do pups usually outgrow this kind of thing anyway?
