My spoiled adopted lil boy does the same thing, 95 % of the time I can figure out what he wants, the 5% that I cannot I give him a few kibbles, that seems to do the trick. He came to me spoiled rotten lol and I love it, so he cries and I jump and he knows it, mine does it because he knows he'll get the attention he is demanding lol. Your lil girl could be also doing it for extra attention. I try to ignore Cody but he will get soooo loud I can't hear the TV if it's on lol.
