I think the worst is "do I make you horney?" I usually just ignore the person. If I weren't so nice and afraid of hurting their feelings I probably would say something like "no, actually you make me want to vomit."
I think the best way to pick up a woman is to say something like
"I noticed you from across the room and haven't been able to take my eyes off you! Can I get you a drink?"
or
"Am I the only one whos noticed this? You're lighting up this room with your beauty and I can help but staring. Do you mind if I sit here? What was your name?"
see I like a guy who isn't going to try all these cheesy pick up lines. It shows he's only seemingly interested in only one thing. I want to know a guy is interested in me for more then just my body. I want a guy to approach me and be sincere with his statement and to be respectful of my space.
If you were to say the pick up line you stated it would make me feel very uncomfortable
but it would make me laugh and I'd probably talk to you anyways cause you seem like a funny guy.
