I just wanted to let people know what has happened to me on two separate orders of a treat called "Chip-a-Roos" that I ordered from Amazon. Both orders arrived with the treats way out of date. The first order was a month ago and the "Best By" date was 07/2013. My next order came today and the "Best By" date is 05/09/2013. These are orders of five bags each. They are much darker in color than fresh ones. Anybody know who I can contact besides returning them to Amazon to look into this? What government agency designates recalls on dog foods? FDA?
