She's just a diva in the making.
Diva's tend to sit back and observe before they show their true natures. She'll be fine. When I brought Brandi home, she was the same way, within a few months boy did the diva come out. She was downright demanding
Okay so part of that was my fault.
Also get doggy steps and train her to use them. I had doggy steps for the bed and couch. It took her awhile to use them consistently but she did eventually use them 100% of the time.
