Nice . . keep it up. One thing that I did to loose my weight was to first cut out chocolate. Than I would only have a light breakfast, a snack bar for lunch if any and eat smaller portions at dinner time and if I got hungry I after dinner I had another granola bar but never ate after 9PM. The pound were slow to come off at first but within about 6 months I noticed a considerable loss. So, now three years later and I am 30 lbs lighter and I feel so much better and my self confidence has risen. I hadn't been this small since my mid 20's and before I had children.
I tell those who ask the I finally lost my baby weight . . LOL
