I just realized this thread is about 3 years old that you posted on. I just want to welcome you to YorkieTalk since I noticed you are new to this forum. I know that some of the weight charts stop at 7 lbs. Here is a weight chart that I like to use that is simple to use and it is fairly accurate.

Most like your baby will top at around 12 lbs. Many members on YT have the larger yorkies. I love all sizes of yorkies.
