Actually, it sounds a little off to me. Mainly because the breeder didn't know about it. It means at some point it was bald and I can't imagine not being aware of it if it were in a litter of mine. There is so much care and handling involved. Secondly, the mother hasn't been stimulating that pup for a LONG time. End result though is that the hair is growing back and everything is probably fine. I'd keep an eye on it just to be sure and make sure no other spots appear anywhere else.
