I too order from chewy.com a lot. They have excellent customer service. On one of my orders they had sent me the wrong item and when I called them to tell them about it, they told me to just keep it and they would send me the correct item. I advised them that the item they sent me was for a big dog and I couldn't use it and that I could send it back to them. They really apologized and asked me if I would donate it to a shelter which is what I did. I have never had a company do that before and I thought that was so great of them. Then they gave me 10% off for not sending me the correct item and I didn't even ask for the discount.
