I see you are in NY, I am formally from NY, The ASPCA on 86th St. and East River Drive in Manhattan has excellent specialist of all degrees. I never had a need to go there,but know ppl that did, they had all good things to say about the care and treatment their dogs received. If a specialist is needed you can give them a call. Good luck,
