Watermelon is fine in more limited quantities because of the sugar. My Katie loves it, and I give it to her when she's playing hard outside. She cools off in a baby pool, but I want her to get more fluids. The watermelon really helps.

I home cook for Katie, but I use a small amount of kibble left out during the day. I like Fromm and Orijen.

I would stay away from Pig's ears. They are much too fatty, and I'm not sure about whether they cause blockages. Many people give their pups bully sticks. Try to buy the odor free ones.

Tomato is controversial. The red part of the tomato is fine, but not the green unripened part and also the plant.
