I don't have any experience feeding lamb's heart but I did see a lot of information about it on the internet. I imagine a small amount mixed in with her food would be okay but my personal feeling is that a good quality dog food is the best thing for pregnant yorkies. Diet is very important when they are pregnant so you might just try different things to add to her kibble. You could try soaking her kibble or add a little canned food to her kibble. Also some scrambled eggs added would be good. Good luck with the whelping, I hope all goes well.
