Yes the vet did take x-rays and a few tests. She said he was all good with all tests. She didn't ever come out and definitively say he has vestibular disease. She said it "looks" like his problem. After all of my internet scanning research I have to agree. He doesn't seem to be in pain. He does get frustrated and he whimpers every now and then. He is able to cry out but he hasn't. He is eating like a horse. He does have problems picking food up with his teeth but he manages. I feed him with a spoon. I also hold him up to drink water which he gets plenty.
I suppose its possible he could have taken a tumble when no one was home. He likes to jump from furniture to furniture and we do have hardwood floors. So yes its possible a fall could have started all of his problems.
Thanks for you response. How is poor little Milo doing today? I sure hope he is showing some improvement. Many years ago I had a male yorkie that got hurt and he was acting similar to how Milo is acting but not nearly as severe. He was falling down on his right side and when he tried to walk he could only go left. We suspect that he may of fallen off the couch and injured himself. He did not act like he was in pain. The vet could not see anything wrong so just he just gave him a muscle relaxant. Thankfully after a week or so my baby was back to normal.

How big is Milo? Some yorkies are very delicate and they can get hurt easily. It does sound like he hurt himself somehow if it came on that fast.
I will continue to pray that Milo makes a speedy recovery.
