Good luck with when ever you decide, my only suggestion is to get several onesies that will fit her, for her to wear until the stitches come out. Gina was in a preemie onesie because she was around 3lbs, she's topped out at 4.1lbs. Ask your vet how much sedation they use, mine specializes in small dogs and does only enough to do the surgery and wake up in recovery, also the pre lab and blood work up is a must.
