If there are any shows around, it might be good to go to see breeders that might interest you. I don't think it sounds bad for you to have a certain "look" in mind. I knew once I had my pup, it would not make a difference to me because I fall hopelessly in love with my little ones. Despite that, I always preferred a certain "look" also. As you already said, health was my first priority and also a breeder who would give a puppy a good start in life. It makes such a difference in the health, well-being, and temperament, and that's what makes all the difference in the world. Katie's look is a little bit different from my last three little girls who had the same father and were within a year of each other. She was already three, and I loved how her breeder described her personality, and that's what made me fall in love with Katie. Now I think she's gorgeous, perfect in every way, and I wouldn't change one thing about her. I hope you find the puppy of your dreams.
