She obviously needs to loose weight. She was full grown when you gave her to them, correct? Try maybe keeping her kibble out in a small serving size. If she refuses to eat it leave her alone and don't force her to eat it. She will eventually get hungry enough and eat it. Since she is supposed to be under five pounds look at the feeding directions for a dog 5-10 pound dog. She should be eating about half of that.
