5 years ago my beloved Tea Cup weighed in at 16ozs when I first got her. She always ate what she was supposed to & grew to her estimated size of 3.5lbs. 2 years ago I couldn't keep her so my mate's parents agreed to keep her while we lived there. Since living with them my poor itty bitty dog has went from 3.5lbs to almost 9lbs plus!!! I am SO SAD NOW for her as she waddles vs prances, has an extremely bloated swollen tummy & the fat is extended over her ribcage.

I am watching her for the next couple of months while they travel the United States I was given 24 cans of Wet Food, Non Grain dry dog food & a massive Sam's Club bag of "Beggin Strips" that are packed full of super nasty things that a dog this little SHOULD NOT be eating. As they gave me the instructions I stood there FLABBERGASTED & EYES WERE WIDE OPEN!!!! I was totally having a OMFG MY POOR PUPPY moment. I immediately contacted my mate & he said that we would trim her down in the months that she lived with us as our little daughter again & he would tell his parents to STOP table feeding her, adhere to her clean diet & WALK HER or they could NOT have her back as when he seen her at our house, he too was very sad for her as he remembers first meeting her itty bitty fit in your hand stature.

While I had her we walked anywhere from 5-10 miles per day *when she got tired I put her on me & walked with her* and ONLY fed her gourmet custom made Veggie treats from dog Boutiques & fed her 1/4 a cup of tiny childsize yogurt cup twice a day.

I tried to feed her JUST the dry food today & she gave me a disapproving sniff & refused to even eat it. I am so sooo grateful for them taking & loving my dog but it seems like they don't understand. I don't want to be a Blue Meanie as she is used a Emotional Support dog to mate's father who is suffering from extreme PTSD from being in the Vietnam War being made to kill babies & their Mothers and the Hospital VA REFUSES to help him.

I NEED HELP/ADVICE & I AM SO SAD!!!
