Before you try an OTC medication like Benadryl Sammi really needs to be seen by the vet. It seems that he might have something other than allergies going on. Ususally, they will bit at their feet with allergies rather than scratching at their ears. When Bogey was scratching his ears it was an ear infections. Is Sammi a puppy?
