No not a broker, just someone looking to make a few bucks, that's a byb or at the least an unreputable/unethical breeder. Now If she had many other dogs then that's a different story. You are very lucky because I'm sure she wasn't genetic testing etc. Glad you love your pup and glad you found YT.
