Oh my, breaks your heart to hear of those two sweet dogs all on their own and one growing desperately sicker from an eye infection. What a precious story - that big girl taking excellent care of her tiny companion who couldn't fend for himself. Eye problems can be so painful! Poor babies - both of them. I wonder if their former owner is looking for them or abandoned them? Guess neither was microchipped or wearing ID tags. Hopefully they can both be placed together in a wonderful, loving, responsible forever home and live their lives out together knowing unbounded love and care and safety for the rest of their days.
