Motel 6 Super8 are two chains that allow pets. A few Best Westerns will, as well Holiday Inn Express. But these are iffy, so you will need to check ahead to see if they accept dogs.
You best be prepared to safeguard the flooring of the motel with puppies and multiple dogs. It is difficult with multiple dogs for sure when you are travelling.
