Some dogs will love and kiss on anyone. Others will do it only to their owners.
A lot of different things come to mind but your best bet is to wait till the pup gets to know you or until the pup is older. You should be able to tell which it is. |
Well she does know me because my cousin and I share an appt together. The only thing I can think of is that my cousin spoils her rotten and I don't. Also I am usually the one that tries to stop Baby's bad behavior. I'm thinking this could be a good cop bad cop kind of situation.
