Default When to start on dry food (as in without adding water/liquids)?

I'm thinking Kimchi might be ready now, as she's been stubborn about trying to get dry food out of the big girl's bowl. I've been finely hand crushing the dry kibble and she loves it. Did the moistening thing for a day and a half on wet crushed kibble, but just started to give her crushed dry. She doesn't really even want to touch her canned food much anymore, but gonna keep some cans on hand (when she gets spayed I'm gonna have them remove baby teeth).
Most searches on this online is surprisingly very few in specific age ranges and all answers giving kept going about advice on mixing with liquids or giving info on the stages. It's been so long since we had pups ^^; What little I've read says around 6 to 8+ weeks. She's about 8 weeks now, her fangs are out, I can see her fronts are trying to come in, but doesn't look like her back teeth are in yet. When she started to eat 1 serving mostly throughout the day, I got concerned, especially with the amount of activity she displayed. She also had a shaky moment from playing almost all day (while I was at work) but thankfully my niece remembered the nutri-cal and gave her a dab. About this time I figured to try the crushed kibble and that worked.
So far the plan we got going at this stage was to give her either moistened or dried crushed kibble for about one or two more weeks, till she reaches 9-10 weeks. After that we'll let her eat the kibble uncrushed. I'm using Wellness Core Puppy Formula, the kibble is small, but her mouth is so tiny and she tends to not chew enough, so I feel better about crushing it some for her. I'll gradually leave more chunks each day till the end result date.
Does this sound about right to y'all? If ya think I should go ahead and get her started on the full sized kibble, I'll most likely cut down the time to a week instead of two for crushing them.
