I would say no and take it back from her and give it back to the other dog. They should never be left to chew on things without someone in the room with them. I have heard chews can become a problem in some multiple dog households. I would not give rawhide it expands when it's in the stomach and can cause blockages. Most rawhide is also treated in formaldehyde.
