Do you have a yard that is fenced in? Yorkies are small enough that hey can remain "homebound", that is, on his own property, and get plenty exercise to keep him healthy. I do not walk my dogs for several reasons, but I have a play ground set up in my back yard and we go outside and play for 1-2 hours at a time during the hot summer months,,,,kiddie pools, bubble machine, slip and slide, sprinklers, balls and soft frisbees......they get out in the morning for a couple of hours, then again late afternoon....they are fine and there are no walks out in public involved. Training classes may help with this aggression issue your pup may have, but if it doesnt help, and you have a fenced in back yard where you can interact with him in different activities, he doesnt need walks to be healthy!
