I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this:
My cousin has a Yorkie (Baby). I of course love the dog. Whenever I pick up Baby, she flails her arms and legs and goes crazy and will do anything to get out of my arms. I have no idea why this is. My cousin picks her up and she rests comfortably in her arms.
Is this just because Baby knows that I am not her owner? Or does she just not like me? It bothers me because I love the dog and want to play with her, but she rarely lets me hold her.
Also whenever my cousin is around, Baby stays like her shadow. She spends ever minute by her side. It's like she doesnt know I'm alive.
Does this make sense? Do I sound crazy?
Anyone have any thoughts?
