As someone already said there are many causes of diarrhea. If she was wormed properly earlier in her life then she shouldn't have worms now unless she was exposed to something that she could contract them from. Many times dogs can have worms without diarrhea.

Vets usually try the chicken and rice diet to give the gut a chance to rest and heal up from whatever the irritation was. Hopefully it was just something she ate. If she does not get back to normal soon I hope your vet will come up with a better idea.
