Yorkies have all different kinds of personalities and all kinds of crazy habits, some good and some bad. Your boy sounds pretty typical to me. Some yorkies are hard to potty train. For my boys I take a empty laundry detergent jug filled with water and I sit it in the middle of the potty pad. That gives them a target.
Lol, some yorkies never slow down. I have one boy that is 3 1/2 years old and he is as active as every. I don't know where he gets all his energy.
