Thank you all for the advice! I did call the vet again Saturday morning and they put her on a 12-hour fast followed by a strict boiled chicken and white rice diet until she has solid stools and told me to call them back if she was still having diarrhea after a couple of days. So far she's loving the food and she hasn't had diarrhea for almost 24 hours…but no solid stools either (but the vet said this was normal). She also finally slept last night so I think the rest has done her some good.
If the diarrhea comes back I'm sure I'll have more questions. I really appreciate all the help as I'm new to having a puppy and I am frantic whenever something goes wrong!
