Animal Smiley 036 bee sting

My lil man got stung by a bee today and I was so worried that it would really affect him but, thank god it did not! I was so nervous and stressed thinking that I was going to loose him. The reason I felt that way is because I have heard of allergic reactions and I did not know really what to look for. I checked his paws and there was a mark there but, did not find any stinger and he is walking and running just fine. So does this mean that he is going to be okay? Is there anything that I need to watch for?
