I love hummus, especially made with some nice hot chiles.
I stay full with eating so much fiber. Eating fruits and veggies doesn't mean you are just eating salads and raw stuff. I roast veggies with garlic and it's so good and filling and healthy. Lately I've been on an eggplant kick. Grilled eggplant "steak" topped with goat cheese and sundried tomatoes.

I love hummus too. So easy to make at home to and a lot cheaper! Make sure you get tahini in there though. I like to have hummus in the fridge all the time and if I get hungry I eat some straight or with carrot sticks.

Been making chicken salad too but putting in like 90% apples and 10% chicken. And instead of all mayo, 25% mayo and 75% greek yogurt. Tastes so good.
