Some parasites are not shed in each BM, so collect a sample each day for 4 days and then have it tested. Keep it in a baggie in the fridge until all samples are taken. But, being a puppy, I wouldn't wait that long if the diarrhea continues. I'd call the vet back and tell him it's getting worse. Many things can cause diarrhea, and it's important not to let it go on for too long bc it will cause dehydration, which by itself is hard to recover from. Make sure she is drinking enough by checking her gums. The gums should be normal color (pink) and moist, not sticky to the touch.
