My adopted 3 y/o boy is neutered and acts the same way. Taking him into PetCo, Pet Smart, Pet Supplies is a total embarrassment. He gets all worked up and tries to get out of the shopping cart. I cannot calm him down. I am concerned for his safety, another dog can feel threatened by this aggressive behavior. I am seeking a trainer in my area to see what can be done it correct this. So I know just how you feel.
